"Verily Allah has prescribed proficiency in all things. Thus, if you kill, kill well; and if you slaughter, slaughter well. Let each of you sharpen his blade and let him spare sufferings to the animal he slaughter" (Imam Muslim).
"That which is lawful is plain and that which is unlawful is plain and between the two of them are doubtful matters about which not many people know. Thus, he who avoids doubful matters claers himself in regard to his religion and his honour, but he who falls into doubtful matter falls into that which is unlawful, ...." (Al-Bukhari and Muslim).
